SIMMS DR solution provides all the advantages of digital radiography, including improved workflow and enhanced image processing. Our superior combination of image quality, speed, and advanced information tools improves accuracy and efficiency, while providing patient safety and enhanced care.
In a streamlined procedure that eliminates film, cassette replacement, and other process steps, the SIMMS DR provides the ultimate in digital radiography flexibility. Within seconds a digital image comes up on the workstation that can be viewed, adjusted, annotated, printed to a laser, and sent to SIMMS PACS for archiving.
The SIMMS DR highly sensitive detector achieves clear, high-resolution diagnostic images. Anatomical view-based digital image processing automatically optimizes and enhances the quality of the captured image for the imaged anatomy. The SIMMS DR also features customizable image processing.
The SIMMS DR solution includes models 4000, 5000 and 7000. Models feature different matrixes and spatial resolution.
SIMMS DR with DICOM 3.0 compatibility enables seamless data transfer to any DICOM hard copy output device, PACS, or RIS for e client printing, archiving, and remote viewing of images.
The SIMMS DR benefits include
- Superior image quality due to advanced image acquisition and processing tools
- Improved efficiency and throughput, which significantly reduces waiting time for results and provides rapid access to digital images
- X-ray patient dose reduction
- The ability to export images in a DICOM 3.0 format for easy archiving and retrieval, review from any workstation, or electronic transmission to referring physicians for consultations
- Seamless transportation of images to SIMMS PACS
- The ability to import patient demographics directly from RIS via DICOM Modality Work List
- Scalable architecture allows the solution to grow with the needs of your facility
- DICOM compliance
