SIMMS Remote Assistance is an advanced service that permits SIMMS Support Technicians to provide visual, remote technical support and solve any issue the user may encounter in a matter of seconds. With the use of this service, SIMMS technicians can assess and troubleshoot, and escalate issues faster. With this tool SIMMS can solve a variety of problems without a site visit, reducing resolution time.
The module is integrated into SIMMS Enterprise system, and enables the user to contact SIMMS Technical Support staff directly from the system. Remote users do not need any special knowledge or training to use the service.
Remote Assistance is performed through a secure interface.
Remote Assistance allows SIMMS Technical Support staff to bring a remote user's desktop to our screen. After making a virtual connection directly to your computer, SIMMS technicians will be able to view the users screen, control the functions of the computer, and quickly rectify any question/issue/problem. During the process, our trained technicians are able to continue dialogue and eventually confirm a proper resolution has been completed.

All communication is secured with 128-bit encryption and transmitted over a secured connection between the computer and the SIMMS central server.

The module is integrated into SIMMS Enterprise system, which enables the user to contact SIMMS Technical Support staff directly from the system. SIMMS user can request remote assistance right from the system Help area and they are automatically connected to one of our technical support people.
