All system users receive a free e-mail account (name@mysimms.com) that is integrated into SIMMS Enterprise. SIMMS email makes the internal and external communication prompt and easy. There is no need to log in at different places – it’s all integrated into one system.   SIMMS e-mail saves time and makes the work process more convenient, efficient, and accurate.
 
SIMMS e-mail system is very flexible and straight-forward, which makes it the number one method of communication for SIMMS users.

SIMMS users can now organize all of the contacts and documents in a way that will make it easy to send messages and internal reminders to colleagues and staff.

Enhanced communication with SIMMS staff

Users are able to contact SIMMS staff by e-mail, regarding any questions and suggestions they might have. Alternatively, SIMMS can keep users aware of new releases, new features and modifications of SIMMS Enterprise, or any SIMMS products and services.

The e-mail system is integrated into SIMMS Enterprise so users receive an immediate notification when receiving an e-mail message. This ensures rapid communication between clinic staff and enhances the work process.
