SIMMS Dispatch is an advanced module responsible for delivering reports to referring physicians. Reporting is vital to the work of referring physicians. Report delivering capability
During the appointment scheduling or patient check-in process, the information of the referring doctor is added. If the doctor’s information is already in the SIMMS database, their details can quickly be accessed. Through SIMMS dispatch, final reports can be sent to referring doctors by e-mail, fax, or both. The module is designed to ensure the report is delivered to the physician as soon as the report is typed and approved.
Ability to send report to multiple recipients
If there is more than one referring doctor, there is an option to add CCs to the report. In this case, the report is delivered by fax or email to all designated recipients.
Successful delivery notification
The receptionist receives notification when the report is successfully delivered, and then the record is archived for future reference.
