SIMMS Community enables SIMMS staff to deliver superior service to our clients. The SIMMS Community module is the most comprehensive source of information for SIMMS clients. It contains all the data and tools to assist the users in executing their services in an efficient and effective manner.
The module was designed to foster the exchange of ideas and community support. Users can access SIMMS Community online to manage service requests, search our knowledge bases and connect with SIMMS staff. SIMMS Support Technicians can monitor, maintain and rapidly respond to issues that could potentially impact system performance.
This module encourages and facilitates communication within the SIMMS Community.
Comprehensive Information Resource
SIMMS Community has four components, each optimized for different users. It provides an easy way to request support or search for information, gives users an easy interface to collaborate with SIMMS staff and users can view SIMMS latest news and announcements.
Ticketing system allows users inform SIMMS staff of technical issues and request help. It offers a quick and easy way to resolve issues promptly.
Knowledgebase is a shared repository of frequently asked questions organized into different categories. The users are able to search the entire knowledgebase by entering keywords into the search bar.
Troubleshooter guides users to follow a series of questions to find a specific answer. They can learn how to fix specific problems, perform important procedures, and read useful overviews.
The Downloads Library is organized into different categories. Users can download all necessary manuals, and software descriptions.
