Over the past two months, the SIMMS team has been focused on the transition to a new data centre, within the same data hotel – 151
Front St W. in downtown Toronto. With a variety of enhanced physical security safeguards along with an upgraded firewall system, your private information has never been more secure.

The new data centre configuration has:
- More processing power – the result will make SIMMS Enterprise significantly faster regardless of how quickly the the number of users or studies increases.
- Larger storage capacity – this will allow SIMMS to meet and exceed any storage requirements instantaneously.
- Increased physical space – this will allow the growth of our own dedicated infrastructure as your requirements grow.
- More redundancy and a more reliable fail-over system - to ensure the safety and availability of your data and SIMMS Enterprise services.
- A more sophisticated monitoring, measuring and management system – this will allow SIMMS to provide better service by being able to react faster to any possible issues or unexpected occurrences.
