Do all of my machines have to have DICOM output?
No. One of the many innovative features of SIMMS is the automatic conversion of all outputs, including video, to DICOM for storage.
Do I have additional maintenance and support costs?
No. The SIMMS system comes with a complete and comprehensive maintenance and support contract for standard business hours. (An additional contract is available if your facility requires 24 hour service).
How long is it before I see any savings by going with SIMMS?

Am I obligated to a long term contract?

How much can I use the system?
As much as you like. Unlike other vendors who charge a fee for time or resources used on their system, we do not have such restrictions or limitations.
Can I use SIMMS with several clinics?
Of course. Our interconnectivity features allow the integration of several related clinics for a variety of essential functions, including scheduling.
How fast is the system?
You probably think that web based imaging will be very time consuming, however not with our lossless compression technology. Online imaging has never been faster. Images are immediately transferred without hesitation or delay and displayed right away.
How secure is SIMMS?
SIMMS is the most secure system in the market. It eliminates all possibility of viruses (unlike other systems that are hosted over local area networks).
